I had set my appt on line. I received an affirmative response. I went to my appt and was greeted and informed of how to proceed. I turned in my form together with my driver's license and shortly walked out with a temporary and my new one will arrive in the mail. A very quick and professional job.

My daughter just turned 16 on Sunday September 20th so we made an appt for her to take her permit test the following Monday. The gentleman who assisted us is phenomenal in every way! Although my daughter studied and prepared the best she could, she was still very nervous but he encouraged her and made her feel much more relaxed, comfortable and confident. He explained the process and next steps throughout our appt so we knew what to expect. After she passed the test, she was wondering which questions she had answered incorrectly, without hesitation he read her the questions, reviewed what she answered, what the correct answer is and WHY, explaining why her choice was incorrect and used an example to help her understand the question and correct answer. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure a newly 16 year old and stressed out, excited but sad Mama, had a great permit test experience. A milestone that neither of us will forget due to his positive attitude, upbeat demeanor, kindness, welcoming energy and overall customer care. He celebrated her win with us and I couldn't be more grateful. He completely turned what could have been a stressful DMV visit into a wonderful memory.
