When appointments are made the ratings would likely fare better. I made an appointment after having dropped in at a very busy time. Much better to have an appointment, hands down. They helped me thru 2 title transfers. Thankyou for the help.

I set up an appointment earlier early afternoon for the same day,. I was in the DMV office less than 10 minutes. Otherwise I would have been waiting in line for who knows how long. Great experience.
