James was absolutely amazing. He was very patient and professional. I had a 9am appointment and was out of there by 9:30 getting my car registration switched to new york as well as my license switched over.

I have no complaints. I arrived with an appointment a little early check in clerk was friendly. I was put in a short line where I didn’t feel I waited too long. The clerk who waited on me was also friendly

Very ordered. Staff was very pleasent (& extremely helpful, because I was stressed at the process).
Turns out, that my DL expires in 2028 (but it looks like a 2026). I was able to get my photo retaken, submit paperwork to show Veteran status.
