I'm in my 90th year from out-of-town and every year must visit the DMV in Watertown to reinstate the insurance & reactivate the registration on a car we store over the winter. They have been totally helpful, guiding me through the details even when I've not been totally prepared or have made a minor mistake. Certainly a 5-star rating from my perspective.
