Since I had made an appointment, my business was handled quickly & professionally. The staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to have more agents staffing the desk for Walk-In customers.

This my first time visiting this DMV and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the speed with which I got through ! I had an appointment which made it so much easier. The clerk that helped me (James) was pleasant and helpful! Best DMV experience I have ever had !
