Easy to make an appointment online, create an account and pick a day and time. I did have all of my paperwork filled out ahead of time as I checked the NYS DMV website to ensure a quick smooth appointment. Arrived a bit early, checked in, stood in line for a bit of course the window in front of me closed. Then I was next, they answered my questions, easily renewed my license, took my photo, took my payment in and out very quickly. Courteous professional staff. Great Experience.

I don’t recall her name but she’s at the desk on the right of line 1. She was an absolute joy and helped me through the process of switching my license from South Carolina to New York. She made the process very simple and explained every step and what options I had!

The DMV exceeded my expectations they were so helpful and did everything they could to help me renew my license and get my enhanced as well! I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door til I left! I definitely will be back to this location when needed!
