Was sent right to the line for my appointment, transaction was speedy and set expectations for when I could receive my documents

I made an appointment for 6:00pm to get my license renewed, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, was told what line to stand in due to having made my appointment online, had a very short wait, maybe 10 minutes and my transaction went smooth with no issues and I was on my way.

I needed my DL renewed. I made an appointment online. When I arrived I met the receptionist, she directed me to the window and the clerk processed the renewal in a matter of minutes. I was especially taken by the degree of friendliness and courtesy each employee exhibited. This was a far cry from the service I received from the DMV on Worth Street in Manhattan. This experience was outstanding even compared to the DMV in Rockland County that I frequented for some thirty years.
