I never thought I'd see the day when a trip to the DMV felt… pleasant. Most of my past DMV experiences across the country have been filled with hate, discontent, long waits, and enough bureaucratic chaos to test even the most patient soldier. But the Watertown DMV? Completely different story.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, helpful, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and clarity, answering questions without rushing and guiding me through each step like they actually cared about my success.
Organizationally, this place is impressive- efficient systems, clear queues, and a workflow that made everything easy to understand and even easier to complete. I left thinking, “Did I really just enjoy going to the DMV?”
Now, I’m not saying I’d take someone on a date there… but if this DMV were a restaurant, I’d absolutely be a loyal, repeat customer.
