Great job. The persons who helped me, 4 of them, did a great job. They were knowledgeable and followed the rules , didn’t vary, but were friendly and understanding. I’m 80 and have trouble hearing. The clerks were patient and helped me. Thank you.

I had an appointment to get the enhanced license upgrade from my normal class D. Appointment was for 2:15 p.m. on a Friday, I arrived about 10 minutes early with everything I needed for paperwork. Immediately he got a spot in line handed over the paperwork had to sit and wait for my picture to be retaken and I had to sit and wait again to finish up an pay. All in all I was there less than a half hour. Although the place could definitely be ran more efficiently I was happy considering it's a government entity and poorly ran I was not there for a long time.
