The clerk was very helpful and spent time with me explaining what we were doing.

I showed up early, had all of my paperwork in order 100%. James was very cordial and completed my transaction without a single glitch. While waiting, I was very impressed with how the other clerks were trying to help the other people and do everything they could to get their transactions handled. This is a 180 degree turn around from 10 or 15 years ago when if you missed one item there were no options other than "Next Please". Excellent service from James.
