Was in and out of there in 8 minutes. Great experience. Glad I made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Both ladies at check in and at the window that did my transaction were both pleasant and friendly. Definitely a different experience from 8 years ago. I will definitely use this location again!

In and out in less than twenty minutes, task accomplished.

The staff was very helpful and patient. Theirs is a difficult job as most of us are not fully prepared upon arriving there. I do think, however, that it would make the process more efficient for both staff and residents if there were large posters on the entry door indicating what is needed for renewals, etc. One would not stand in line for half an hour only to find he/she is missing necessary documents. Instructions on forms could be more explicit. None of this can be resolved by staff and much credit goes to them for their professional attitude.
