I've had days at Jeff Cty DMV in Watertown that I've waited in long lines. Today, quite the opposite for renewing my license and getting an enhanced one. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was out 15 minutes later. James waited on me, but everyone was pleasant. Great experience today!
