I scheduled an appointment, and was seen immediately. I did not have my title on hand, but the clerk had me fill out everything I would need once I found it. She was very kind. Easy peasy.

Easy to make an appointment online, create an account and pick a day and time. I did have all of my paperwork filled out ahead of time as I checked the NYS DMV website to ensure a quick smooth appointment. Arrived a bit early, checked in, stood in line for a bit of course the window in front of me closed. Then I was next, they answered my questions, easily renewed my license, took my photo, took my payment in and out very quickly. Courteous professional staff. Great Experience.
