My appointment went without a glitch. I walked in and was greeted with a pleasant “Can we help you”? I stated I had an appointment at 11:30 AM. The line was manageable and I completed my transaction quickly and efficiently. The DMV official that assisted me was friendly and cordial. No complaints at all.
