It was a very good experience, I was there at my appointment time and the experience was very quick. About 20 minutes total.

The receptionist (Laura) was the best. She's so sweet and on her game. She knows what she's doing and allowed the lines run very smoothly. Liove her personality & kindness.
Also the front counter clerk (Sandie) was amazing. Very quick and friendly and really pleasant to deal with.
Please let these ladies know how valuable they are to the DMV. And tell them what they do matters...
