The staff was very helpful and patient. Theirs is a difficult job as most of us are not fully prepared upon arriving there. I do think, however, that it would make the process more efficient for both staff and residents if there were large posters on the entry door indicating what is needed for renewals, etc. One would not stand in line for half an hour only to find he/she is missing necessary documents. Instructions on forms could be more explicit. None of this can be resolved by staff and much credit goes to them for their professional attitude.

Hands down the best DMV experience I ever had. The people were friendly and helpful. Jefferson County DMV was a highly positive experience. I had my license updated to an enhance license.
