The last time I went to Watertown DMV was over 10 years ago. The wait times were long, people were not friendly. At all. As a matter of fact, I refused to go to that particular location for years. I had to go there this time around and it is completely different. You're greeted immediately by someone at an information desk that walks you through what you need to have done and what paperwork needs to be filled out. You then go to a designated line. Today, someone working another line did not have anyone to wait on and pulled me over to get me taken care of. From the time I left my car to the time I returned to it only 20 minutes lapsed total. Absolutely phenomenal experience and great customer service.
