I had a great visit to DMV in Watertown. I liked the receptionist who greeted me and directed me to Line 1. Line 1 had three cashiers and my visit lasted less than 10 minutes. I was duly impressed with the professionalism of the employees and the design of the work flow. I made an appointment on line the day before my visit. Overall, it was a very efficient operation.

I scheduled an appointment, and was seen immediately. I did not have my title on hand, but the clerk had me fill out everything I would need once I found it. She was very kind. Easy peasy.
