I was extremely pleased with my service at the Jefferson County DMV today. I walked in, gave my information, confirming that I had made an appointment. I was directed immediately to a line, which I didn’t even reach before being called over to another available staff member. I renewed my driver’s license and was finished in about 5 minutes.
