Thought l had everything I needed to complete my transaction but was lacking some paperwork. Clerk was very polite and helpful by kindly explaining what I needed.

Going to the dmv has never been one of my favorite activities for multiple reasons, but usually demanded an inordinate amount of time. The DMV of Jefferson County has always been the best. I believe the lady who took care of me yesterday was Krista but I’m not sure. She was kind, patient and helpful. The process was painless, and I was on my way in short order. I must add I had a scheduled appointment and was 10 minutes late related to traffic. I fully expected to be cancelled and yet when I checked in there was no mention of the tardiness and was directed to the appropriate line. These people should be commended for their professionalism and efficiency

I went into register my boat trailer. My appointment was for 10:45 AM. I got there about 1030. I was 3rd in line and I left the building by 10:45 AM Joshua helped me and he was amazing tremendous experience thanks!

I had an appt. to get a new license. The girl that I dealt with was so pleasant and helpful, I had all my paperwork except my marriage certificate ( original) to show that my middle initial was different. And she was so kind about it. This is the second time I had been there. The first time, last summer, the woman I dealt with was very rude and condescending , not only to me but the people ahead of me. I am glad that the changes have been made in regards to how people are treated. I think her name was Krista?

Make an appointment!! Super fast, very friendly. I can’t say it enough, make an appointment! It makes it so much easier and so much faster!

My license renewal was smooth. Scheduled my appointment. Stopped at my eye doctor and they sent the information of my last eye exam to the DMV. Showed up a few minutes early, the receptionist was pleasant. Waited in line maybe 10 minutes before being called up to the next available window. Another 10 minutes or so and I was on my way.

Couldn’t believe how much this DMV has improved!
